No fees for students! Join NordGen’s conference on the use of genetic resources in breeding for climate change

On the 1st and 2nd of February, NordGen and partners will host the conference entitled “Use of Genetic Resources in Breeding for Climate Change in the Nordic Region – Why Research and Innovation Do Matter.”

The conference is based on the Nordic Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for Pre-breeding. A poster session with a focus on young scientists will also be organized. The deadline for submitting poster abstracts is the 20th of January, abstracts can be e-mailed to: info@nordgen.org. A detailed program including the names of the speakers will be presented soon.

Participants need to pay a conference fee of SEK 1,000 (the fee is the same whether you attend on-site or online). However, students are excluded from the fee. Moreover, a limited number of hotel rooms are available at a special price at the Malmö Arena Hotel. To receive the discount, the booking must be made before the 1st of January 2023.
